During this inspection we will check site conditions, forms, the vapor barrier, rebar, post tension cables, beams, plumbing and electrical, et cetera. We will ensure that the foundation is being built according to code and to the engineer‘s plan.

After the shell is completed or “dried in” and just before drywall is hung, it’s time for the pre-drywall inspection. This is another crucial moment. During this inspection we will ensure the structural integrity of the home, inspect the siding and roof covering, and check for required items such as hurricane clips, electrical and plumbin
