If you're in need of inspection or pest control treatment, contact us anytime to schedule service. We are always here to answer any questions you may have and help you get started on the path to securing your home from wood destroying insects and other annoying pests.

We provide multiple options for effective termite extermination, prevention, and control. We offer liquid chemical spot, partial, and EPLI barrier applications to structures as well as monitoring / bait station system installation and maintenance. We specialize in quick and effective WDI treatments, with lightning fast electronic delivery of all documents so there are no delays in your schedule. Contact us to schedule an inspection today and we will provide a plan and proposal for immediate control of your termite infestation.

The best way to treat termites is through prevention and the best way to prevent infestation is to treat the soil prior to placing the foundation. We can provide an effective liquid chemical barrier treatment before concrete is placed during Phase 1 of construction (Pre-Pour).

If concrete has already been poured, it's not too late to provide an effective preventative treatment. We can provide a spray applied borate treatment to the interior framing of the structure, and when coupled with another form of treatment such as monitoring stations, bait stations, or physical barriers, it can provide long lasting preventative control of subterranean termites and other wood destroying organisms.

After construction is complete, the methods are the same for new construction or existing homes. We can provide an Exterior Perimeter Limited Interior (EPLI) liquid soil treatment that can create an effective barrier for (10) years or more. Other options available include monitoring stations or bait station system installation or a combination of EPLI and bait or monitoring stations for the most complete form of control available.

A popular method for prevention and control of subterranean termites is bait stations. These stations attract termites to feed on a cellulose attractant bait containing an IGR Termiticide. Once the termites begin to feed upon the bait and bring it to the colony, it will exterminate the entire colony over a short period of time. The bait cartridges must be changed out yearly, and require periodic monitoring.

Monitoring systems operate in a manner similar to bait stations, however they rely solely upon cellulose attractant during the pre-baiting phase. They are checked periodically for activity and once activity is noted, a technician will replace the attractant in the affected station and adjacent stations with a termiticide bait cartridge or apply a liquid soil treatment as needed. This option provides the same level of control as bait stations, however has lower material costs since there are no wasted bait cartridges to be discarded yearly. This method only deploys termiticide bait when activity is detected, eliminating waste and does not place unnecessary chemicals into the ground.

Carpenter bee infestations are common at the eaves of structures, and are characterized by 1/2" holes bored into wood fascia, soffit, trim, rafters, porch coverings, or other exposed wood components. These wood destroying insects create galleries inside wood where they lay eggs. We treat these infestations by applying an insecticide dust inside these galleries and/or a borate spray treatment depending on the circumstances. Some may believe that carpenter bee infestations are merely cosmetic, however they can cause costly damage and most lenders will require licensed treatment of carpenter bee infestation prior to closing, especially with FHA/VA loans.

Carpenter ant infestations are common in detached structures, and areas of deteriorated wood. They are characterized by damaged wood and the existence of large ants. These wood destroying insects create galleries inside wood where they reside. We treat these infestations by applying an insecticide dust or foam inside these galleries and depending on the level and type of infestation, an EPLI treatment (same as termite treatment) may be recommended. Carpenter ants can cause costly damage similar to that of termites and most lenders will require licensed treatment of carpenter ant infestation prior to closing, especially with FHA/VA loans.
