HUD/FHA/VA CERTIFICATION FOR MANUFACTURED HOME FOUNDATIONS
A licensed structural engineer will determine if the foundation meets the requirements set forth in the Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing (PFMGH) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, 4930.3G, and provide certification thereof.
This is a specialty inspection required by many HUD/FHA/VA or federally-backed loans.
Engineering Reports are usually back in 24 hours (not including weekends).
MANUFACTURED HOME (HUD/FHA/VA FOUNDATION CERTIFICATION ONLY) - $485
Foundation certification only.
Will travel to most of Texas / Louisiana, additional mileage fees may apply.
MANUFACTURED HOME COMPLETE INSPECTION PACKAGE - $750
Combination of a complete manufactured home inspection, HUD/FHA/VA foundation certification, Termite/WDI Inspection, and Septic Inspection (if applicable.)
